3. Products and Pricing
3.1 All products listed on Ajni.store are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.
3.2 Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable will be the one displayed at the time of order placement.
4. Payment
4.1 We use PayU as our secure payment gateway partner.
4.2 Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other options made available on the PayU platform.
4.3 All transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption. Ajni.store does not store your card or payment details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
5.2 Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, typically between 5–10 working days.
5.3 You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
5.4 In case of unforeseen delays due to courier or weather conditions, we will notify you promptly.
6. Return & Replacement Policy
6.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving the order.
6.2 To request a return, contact us at support@ajni.store with your order ID, issue details, and photos of the product (if applicable).
6.3 The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
6.4 Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference (if applicable).
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval.
7.2 For COD orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI, based on the details shared by the customer.
7.3 Ajni.store is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external factors.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the product is shipped.
8.2 Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You may proceed with a return request after delivery as per our return policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Ajni.store shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
9.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, courier delays, or government restrictions.
